About Us

"Both Cynthia and I want to thank you for the time and attention you gave..."
- Bruce & Cynthia

As owner of a real estate appraisal firm in Dallas, Texas for over 25 years Cheryl brings the experience of a multi-talented real estate appraiser as well as a licensed real estate broker with many years of association and membership in the The National Association of Realtors, Dallas/Fort Worth Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Senior Residential Appraiser (SRA) with The Appraisal Institute, and Texas Appraisal Licensing and Certification Board.  Her appraisal and real estate experience specializes in listing and selling single family homes, condominiums and multi-unit buildings.

As owner of an electronics integration firm in Dallas, Texas for over 22 years, David combines his management talents with 12 years of real estate buying, selling, refurbishing, remodeling of single family homes, condominiums and multi-unit buildings.  This includes rental management of over 8 condominium and single family homes.   David provides outstanding client counseling, education and service through the complex task of buying property in Costa Rica.  Knowledge and experience combined with trusted referrals in immigration and residency, pet transportation, utilities acquisitions including water, power, telephone, and yes, even American television and system integration.

Not even a small percentage of our listings are online for a couple of reasons.  One is to show you our focus is the caliber of homes and lots or land that North Americans and Canadians would be seeking with the amenities we have become accustomed to living with in the north.  That means hot water, access to utilities and hopefully a great view to boot!  Tico, or Costa Rican homes usually do not have hot water or they will have a rolled tin roof with little or no insulation.  If we list a Tico home, it usually means hot water is do-able or it's a huge bargain.  Second reason we do not list every property is that it is not our desire to sell property from the internet and we could put pretty pictures up till "The Cows Come Home" (Southern saying) and you STILL must see what you are buying.  There is no camera that can illustrate the beauty of this country and no camera can show you the neighborhood or the neighborhood of the neighborhood.  We've been to Hawaii many times and we stopped taking pictures after our second trip because they did not tell the story.  The same is true of Costa Rica.  This site is an invitation for you to come personally see that you can live in a beautiful tropical setting at a price you can afford.

We have bought and sold property in Costa Rica, and over time we designed/built our home here in Costa Rica.  We are officially retired with a desire to help others through the process of relocation and property acquisition utilizing our own experiences.  We are not the real estate firm that sells more than all others combined as the service we provide and the size of our company dictates we can help only a small portion of people, but our reputation is worth far more than quantity of business.  Our quota is satisfied customers, not quantity of sales nor measurements of profit.  We look forward to seeing you in Costa Rica!

Pura Vida!
